The staff were attentive and helped book a taxi into the city center. The breakfast selection was excellent, with plenty of options that catered to different tastes. I noticed some minor inconveniences like the lack of a safe in the room and low Wi-Fi reception. The pool was great, but the area around the hotel felt a bit isolated, and a car is almost necessary. Would suggest it for those with a vehicle to explore local cenotes and attractions easily.

Is it a hit or a miss? Here's my take
Rooms are nice and well-kept. The staff offered superb recommendations for local dining and activities.
The area around the hotel isn't very pleasant, and public transportation options are limited, hindering accessibility to the city center.

Noise from neighboring rooms can be bothersome. Rooms lack safety features like a safe, and the absence of pool towels is inconvenient. Minor cleanliness issues like stained linens and lack of basic amenities detract from the overall experience.

The beds were super comfy, and we had plenty of space to relax. We visited Chichen Itza and cenotes nearby, both were mind-blowing. Breakfast was decent, and parking was easy. I'd recommend it for groups looking for a chill spot.
One downside was the area around the hotel wasn't the best, and it felt a bit far from downtown if you didn't have a car.
