Spacious clean room with comfy beds, but Wi-Fi connection issues were frustrating at times.

The rooms were great value for money with good amenities, TV, balcony, the breakfast was amazing! The staff was especially helpful and really helpful, I will never forget them.

Only stayed 3 nights, as we didn't have time, but glad that chose this beautiful and pretty hotel. Appreciated the Colonial-style building and well decorated and great value room with balcony.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel, as the rooms were not only spacious and fresh, but I also enjoyed the convenience of being just under 1 km from places like cenote Xux Ha and the charming Francisco Canton Rosado Park, perfect for leisurely strolls.

The staff were attentive and helped book a taxi into the city center. The breakfast selection was excellent, with plenty of options that catered to different tastes. I noticed some minor inconveniences like the lack of a safe in the room and low Wi-Fi reception. The pool was great, but the area around the hotel felt a bit isolated, and a car is almost necessary. Would suggest it for those with a vehicle to explore local cenotes and attractions easily.
